Extended Search
- Launch an extended search for more comprehensive results
- This feature provides:
- Deeper analysis of position requirements
- More detailed candidate profile examination
- Enhanced scope and experience matching
- Stronger overall candidate matches

**Note**: Extended searches run in the background and will notify you upon completion.

Candidate Analysis Features

 Match Rationale
- Review detailed insights explaining why candidates were suggested

- Important: Pay special attention to items marked in red, as these require additional investigation

Tag Comparison
