PIPELINE STAGES

Pipeline stages are the steps candidates move through during your search process. These need to be configured to match your workflow — like a checklist of steps each candidate goes through.

ACTIVITY TYPES

Activity types are the categories for logging interactions (calls, emails, interviews, etc.). These are customizable based on how your team works.

RED HASH FLAG (STALE CANDIDATES)

The red hash flag appears when a candidate hasn’t been touched in a configurable number of days. It’s the system nudging you to follow up.

MARKING NOTES AS NEXT STEPS

When you create a note, mark it as a “Next Step.” This creates a task reminder and keeps the action visible — nothing falls through the cracks.

TRACKING DECLINED CANDIDATES

• Create multiple decline stages (e.g., Candidate Declined, Interview Declined)
• Use one Declined stage plus notes documenting the reason
