Stage Management

CREATE A NEW STAGE

1. Go to Settings (left panel)
2. Under Data Management, select Stage Setup
3. Click Add a Stage (top right)
4. Name it (e.g., “Under Review 2,” “Target”)
5. Adjust sequence number for order

ACTIVATE A DISABLED STAGE

1. Go to Stage Setup
2. Find the inactive stage in the list
3. Click Activate

BULK MOVE CANDIDATES

1. Select multiple candidates using checkboxes
2. Click the stage dropdown that appears
3. Select the new stage from the list
