What's New

We've implemented several enhancements and fixes based on your feedback, which include: 

Platform-Wide

• Fixed persistent notification badge issue
• Updated webpage tab titles to reflect content displayed

Client Portal

• New access point: You can now view/access the Client Portal directly from the Header Bar on Search records
• LinkedIn icon display on candidate summary pages – previously it was not showing despite being enabled in settings
• Corrected disposition mapping to properly match stages to the configured bucket setup
• Resolved attachment download errors
• Corrected years of experience calculation to handle overlapping job experiences
• Separated displaying of Professional and Board Experience with an option to hide Board Experience from the client portal setup

Search Module 

• Added ability to open searches in new tabs (right-clicking on a link now shows browser-specific options)
• Enhanced Candidate Pipeline page for expanded view
• Ability to bulk add candidates to workbenches or searches
• Fixed scrolling issues in Candidate Grids
• Corrected Personality Tab filtering for published notes
• Resolved error when opening searches from BD
• Added ability to update Search Status
• Changes to Experience tab on the fit score page (ratings and comments are now on the experience level instead of individual element level)
• Added a new By Product Fee - Other free text field on the Billing page
• Resolved an issue with the client contact table

Contact Module

• Improved company matching when parsing resumes – previously the system failed to match the company even when it existed in the system
• Improved contact search relevancy
• Resolved interview activity contact display – previously all contacts for KG were shown instead of just those associated with the search

Company Module

• New look for associated contacts grid on the company page to allow grouping, filtering, and displaying record counts.

Reports

• Added Spanish & Portuguese language options to Athena Reports
• Removed ClientSuite QR Code and Logo from the Position Profile cover page

Other

• LOE Builder
  • Enabled download LOE documents without sending them from the platform
  • Automatic notifications to requestors when clients sign documents
• Ignyte Intelligence
  • Now supports single-speaker transcripts
• Off-Limits Feature
