IGNYTE PLATFORM IMPROVEMENTS & BUG FIXES
PLATFORM WIDE
- Resolved a bug that caused a "Failed to fetch records" error to appear during the initial loading of Ignyte across all environments, including Chrome and Safari.
- Resolved Safari-specific rendering issues in the global header to ensure consistent alignment, spacing, and icon sizing across all platform pages, including Projects, Contacts, and Companies.
- Enhanced the "Unsaved Changes" pop-up by replacing the "Go Back" button with a "Continue without Saving" option, allowing users to discard changes and navigate away freely, and added a close (X) icon to cancel navigation while preserving unsaved edits.
PROJECT MODULE
- Enhanced Position Profile generation automatically incorporates addtional project details and additional Client Intake Notes while preserving existing context.
- Improved visual consistency on the Applicants Grid by converting the "Regenerate Scores" button to a streamlined icon and standardizing the alignment and styling of pipeline action buttons to ensure a more polished user interface.
COMPANIES MODULE
- Added "Previous" and "Next" navigation controls to the Company slide-out, allowing users to browse through records directly from the pane while maintaining active grid filters and sorting.
CONTACTS MODULE
- Added standard record navigation controls (Previous, Next, and Close) to the Contact slide-out, allowing users to browse multiple records directly from the All Contacts grid while preserving their active filters, sorting, and scroll position.
EMAIL INTEGRATION
- Resolved an issue in O365 Email where colleagues could not be found when adding CC or BCC recipients, and enhanced the search functionality to support name, email address, and domain look ups.
- Fixed an issue where emails sent did not update Last Activity On and Last Engagement timestamps.
- Resolved an issue where attachments in email templates would fail to open or appear corrupted when sent via bulk email.
CLIENT PORTAL
- Fixed an issue in the Client Portal where the legacy header could briefly display alongside the new header during page load.
- Added a Client Portal Setup option to control whether next steps are captured from clients. Next steps are only saved when the option is enabled, the client accepted the candidate, and next steps were entered.
WORKBENCHES
- Enhanced the Query and Extended Query sections to support filtering by Tags and Tag Categories, enabling structured search across contact and company records with category-based grouping and support for advanced operators (Equals, Not Equals, In, Not In)
