PLATFORM WIDE IMPROVEMENTS
- Fixed a misleading success message shown when publishing a document from a contact’s Documents tab.
CONTACT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS
- Education entries are now automatically classified during Contact creation from Resume/CV parsing and LinkedIn imports, with new “Highest Education” columns added across candidate and contact grids.
- Improved contact creation during resume parsing by preventing duplicate records from repeated Add Contact clicks.
- Updated the LinkedIn contact creation flow so clicking Save opens the newly created contact, while Save and Add Another continues creating contacts without opening the saved record.
- Fixed an issue where the Bin/Delete icon on a contact’s Documents tab did not remove uploaded documents while editing a contact record.
- Enhanced Contact Source Tracking: The "Record Source" field in the Create New Contact flow has been replaced with a standardized "Contact Source" dropdown to improve data consistency. The system now automatically defaults the source based on how the contact was created (Resume, LinkedIn, or manual entry), while still allowing users to override the selection.
COMPANY MODULE ENHANCEMENTS
- Company records now stay on the selected tab (for example, Engagement or Associated Company) after using Refresh.
PROJECT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS
- Improved the Candidate Pipeline so stage counts and status update immediately after moving a candidate, with no manual refresh needed.
- Updated the Select Stage dropdown to display the Stage Label when adding an existing candidate to a Project/BD record.
- Extended the Client Portal feedback Summarize assistant to automatically ground outputs in client-visible candidate and project context, apply the selected On-Behalf-Of persona, and respect the current feedback state (Accepted or Rejected).
- Fixed an issue where editing and saving Experience and Competency levels could unintentionally reorder the experience list.
CLIENT PORTAL ENHANCEMETNS
- Improved Client Portal candidate feedback so updated comments now display immediately after saving, with no page refresh needed.
REPORT ENHANCEMENTS
- Enhanced Report Builder output by automatically preventing unintended blank pages, unless a Page Break is explicitly added to the template.
- Improved report generation reliability for Activity Log rich text (including bulleted and numbered lists), and ensured formatting renders correctly in generated reports.
WORKBENCH/QUERY MODULE ENHANCEMENTS
- Fixed Query Workbench date columns so Created Date sorts correctly and Start Date and End Date display as expected.
