IGNYTE PLATFORM IMPROVEMENTS & BUG FIXES

PLATFORM WIDE IMPROVEMENTS

• Standardized “Created/Updated/Activity/Engagement” columns across contact and candidate grids, queries, and workbenches, including the new Last Engagement fields for clearer outreach/interaction visibility.
• Fixed an issue in IGNYTE Intelligence where the Project and Candidate fields were not defaulting when creating a new request.
• Fixed an issue where Activity Log timestamps and the Time Zone field defaulted to Asia/Calcutta and did not respect user profile or selected time zone when saving activities.
• Fixed an issue where translating selected text in the Activity Log description did not apply the translation; selected text now updates correctly to the chosen language.
• Fixed an issue where clearing the Mark Note As field during activity edits did not carry through after saving.
• Fixed an issue where manually typed date/time values in Activity Log edits were not being saved.
• Fixed an issue where the Time field could display clipped/partially hidden characters after updating an activity date/time.

PROJECT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Added functionality for compensation and billing information in different currencies.
• Fixed an issue when saving a Project with blank optional Experience From/To (Years) fields could trigger an error.
• Fixed an issue where the delete icons overlapped on the Project Competency slide out- improving layout and functionality on smaller screen resolutions.
• Resolved a bug where the “Add to Pipeline” option for candidates displayed a different name (parsed from the uploaded resume) instead of the applicant's profile name.

CONTACT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Added a sorting feature for documents by defined fields within contacts.
• Fixed an issue where Last Engagement Date on Contact records could appear blank after adding/updating activity logs until a page refresh.
• Fixed an issue where the Job Function search would reset in Professional Experience after uploading a resume to a contact, preventing users from quickly finding and selecting a job function.
• Fixed a bug in the contact record where clicking the delete (X) icon in the email section would delete all email records instead of just the selected one.

CLIENT PORTAL ENHANCEMENTS

• Fixed an issue in the Client Portal where the feedback history and feedback count were displayed as blank after creating and saving feedback and navigating between tabs.
