IGNYTE PLATFORM IMPROVEMENTS & BUG FIXES

PLATFORM WIDE IMPROVEMENTS

• Resolved an issue with the transcript file types supported for the IGNYTE Intelligence analysis.
• IGNYTE Intelligence requests launched from Candidate slideouts or Contact records now automatically pre-fill key fields (e.g., candidate/contact and project) to reduce manual entry, while still allowing overrides.
• Fixed an issue where Activity Log Attendee/Assignee fields configured as optional (Active but not Mandatory) could not be cleared after editing an existing activity.
• Standardized Setup screen navigation across key configuration screens.
• Completed Athena activities in the Activity Log are now read-only, and no longer show an Edit action.
• Improved responsiveness of the applicant record header on large screens and fixed an issue where the header could overlap page content.
• Fixed IGNYTE Intelligence report exports so MS Word formatting matches PDF output, preventing blank pages and incorrect list styling.
• Added copyright footers across the entire IGNYTE platform, including Login, Client Portal, and Athena, to enhance legal compliance and intellectual property protection with backend management capabilities.

CONTACT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Added a success confirmation message after saving a candidate activity with an uploaded file/document.

PROJECT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Enhanced the Candidate Pipeline by retaining users on the page after adding a contact via the Add Contact flow.
• Fixed a regression where the Save button was disabled when an Experience Title reached the maximum character limit (0 characters remaining).

REPORT ENHANCEMENTS

• Enhanced Report Builder output by automatically preventing unintended blank pages, unless a Page Break is explicitly added to the template.
