A. You can generate a position profile by using IGNYTE Intelligence and retrieval-augmented generation. This involves inputting basic information and allowing the system to create a draft profile based on historical data and client-specific details.
Q. Can I refine the position profile after it's generated?
A. Yes, you can refine the position profile by adding notes, using voice-to-text features, or uploading client intake call transcripts. Each time you add new information; you need to hit "regenerate" to update the profile.
Q. Can I download the Position Profile?
A. Yes, your Position Profile can be downloaded to Word.
Search Roadmap Builder
Q. What is the Search Roadmap Builder?
A. With one click, IGNYTE Intelligence will generate suggested Scope & Experiences. This is your starting point to create a full and detailed Roadmap. The Search Roadmap will endeavor to identify the elements required for the candidate to have a high probability of a lasting fit.
Q. What if I need to update the Search Roadmap mid-search?
A. You can update the search roadmap at any time by adding new information and regenerating the relevant sections. The system will incorporate the new data without deleting existing entries.
Defining Scope
Q. What is included in the scope section?
A. The scope section includes target industries, target companies, target titles, employee range, revenue range, and geographical locations. These parameters help define where and how to search for candidates.
Q. How do I add or remove target companies and industries?
A. You can manually add or remove companies and industries by typing them in or using the "get more suggestions" feature. You can also bulk-add companies by copying and pasting from an Excel document.
Defining Experiences
Q. What are Experiences?
A. Formerly known as Skills, these are the Experiences (hard skills) that the candidate will be rated against to generate 50% of the FQ score. These are critical for evaluating candidates during the screening process.
Q. How can I add new experiences to the search roadmap?
A. You can add new experiences by copying relevant responsibilities from the position profile or by manually entering them. You can also use the system's AI to generate questions related to these experiences.
Defining Competencies
Q. What are competencies and how are they used?
A. Competencies are the soft skills and attributes that are evaluated during the interview process. They include areas like leadership, communication, and team-building.
Q. How many Competencies are there?
A. There are 9 Competencies to choose from.
Q. How do we determine which Competencies to use given that we don’t send the client a selector tool?
A. Based in your deep-dive conversation with your client at Search discovery you will determine them with your team and select them in IGNYTE.
Q. Can we share the list of Competencies with the client?
A. Yes, a PDF is available to share with descriptions. It can be found on the Learning Hub.
Q. How many Competencies can/should I use?
A. 4 is the maximum but 2-4 is recommended.
Q. How do I generate questions for evaluating competencies?
A. You can use the EchoSense feature to generate questions. Simply provide a prompt related to the competency, and the system will create relevant questions for you.

A. A visual depiction and the result of how the client leadership team collectively makes decisions by answering statements around seven dimensions.

A. The decision environment helps understand how a client organization makes decisions. It categorizes the organization as visionary, energizer, architect, or reformer based on their business optimization and collaboration levels.

A. You can determine the decision environment by answering specific questions about the client's business optimization and collaboration. The system will then categorize the client accordingly.

Q. What is the Search Roadmap Report?
A. The Search Roadmap Report aggregates, Scope, Experiences, Competencies and the Decision Environment into a report that can be shared with your client.
Q. What is the format output of the report?
A. The Search Roadmap Report can be generated in either PDF or Word format.
Q. Can I customize the report before sharing it with clients?
A. Yes, you can customize the report by adding or removing sections and refining the content based on client feedback.
