A. Hiring Managers can provide feedback directly in the portal during review sessions. Encourage them to use the feedback tools to capture and summarize their comments.
Q. What happens if a manager approves or rejects a candidate in the portal?
A. If a manager approves or rejects a candidate, the candidate's stage will automatically change based on the disposition mapping set up in the portal. Approved candidates may move to a different stage while rejected candidates may move to another stage. You will receive a notification in this instance.

A. Notifications are currently sent via email and in-app. Future updates will allow users to manage their notification preferences.

A. Yes. You can download candidate resumes from the portal. The resume is located in the documents section of the candidate's profile.

Q. What is the Search Status Report?
A. An automatically generated report that can be sent to the hiring manager detailing all active candidates in the search and their current stage, and next steps. It also includes early-stage candidates.
Q. Can we customize the Search Status Report?
A. Yes, it’s fully customizable by accessing Report Builder and giving you the option to toggle on/off what you want to share with the hiring manger.
Q. How can I customize the status report?
A. Use the status report tool to create a bespoke template, including sections such as strengths, concerns, next steps, professional experience, and interview details. Save the template for future use and share it with team members if needed.
