IGNYTE Bug Fixes and Improvements

Client Portal

• Removal of the dates for Summary items on the Client Portal such as Strengths, Concerns and Recommendations

Search Module

• Project Billing Info fixes and improvements such as when changing the fee type, items are not deleting, and calculations are updated correctly and billing info updated on LOE Generator
• Sections of the position profile now showing in Spanish and Portuguese when translated

Reports

• Interview Prep Report bug fixes including candidate location data not pulling and compensation section not displaying correctly
• Candidate Details Report update to display candidate equity information

Workbenches/Query

• Enhancement to query functionality to allow for group industries or specific sub industry filtering
• Enhancement to location parameter logic on the Query tool – ability to search on a country, city, state or metro area
• Addition of Capital Structure & Investor information fields as columns on the Projects Workbench and Query tables

Platform Wide

• Updated the Task management functionality across the platform 
• Added an Activity Type filter on the Activity Log slide-out 
• Correcting the UI issue causing overlapping button of the Rich Text editor in the Activity Log
• Updated design/functionality for the Documents Tab
• Update to the user account profile icon (upper right corner)
• Updated Task Management module functionality

Client Portal

• New configuration options for location formatting via Client Portal setup

Contact Module

• Updated filters on the All Contacts grid
• Addition of a Compliance section on Contact records to track GDPR data on records.

Company Module

• Filter Missing for Tags Column on All Companies
• Update to the Company Address grid to better align with the other record types in the platform and improve location search in Query tool
• Alignment of the displayed value and dropdown value for Company Capital Structure

Search Module

• Addition of Capital Structure & Investor Information fields to Projects & BD records
• Improvement to the Activity Log filters to allow users to filter by Activity Type
• Fix to the Candidate Pipeline grid and performance optimization
• Update the comment section layout in the competencies tab
• Update search box functionality on Project/BD main page
• Additional user personalization settings for the Project/BD module

Athena

• New design and look for Athena candidate assessment

Reports

• Updates to the Position Profile Report file naming, formatting updates, and inclusion of Education and Qualifications
• Fix for the Interview Prep Report interview date formats

Workbenches/Query

• Updating workbench & query tool user interface
