IGNYTE Bug Fixes and Improvements
Platform-Wide Improvements
- Document Upload Enhancement - Fixed an issue that was limiting file upload sizes.
- Summarization Feature available throughout IGNYTE - All rich text fields throughout the platform now include summarization functionality.
- Standardized Date Formats - Implemented consistent date formats and labels across the entire platform.
- Enhanced Task Management - Task status is now visible directly on Activity cards, and you can edit tasks without leaving the card view.
Contact Module Updates
Contact Enrichment Improvements
- Resolved capitalization errors that occurred during contact enrichment and LinkedIn URL contact creation
- Fixed an issue where education start dates were being removed during contact record enrichment
- Corrected a problem where candidate photos weren't clearing properly when using LinkedIn's "Save and Add Another" feature
Company Module Enhancements
- Smart Duplicate Detection - New functionality automatically identifies potential duplicate company records, allowing you to review and merge duplicates to maintain clean data. Same functionality as margining contacts.
- Enhanced Company Creation - The "Add Company" window now includes an "Associated Companies" field for better relationship mapping.
Project Module Updates
Activity Log Improvements
- Fixed an issue where Activity Logs remained open when navigating between search record tabs
- Activity Log now displays the relevant Contact record (instead of Project record) when viewed from Project or BD records.
Project Pipeline Enhancement
- Added a company information pop-up on the Project Candidate Pipeline tab, providing quick access to key company details.
Workbenches & Queries Module
- Enhanced Filtering - Resolved issues with color column sorting and filtering in workbenches.
- Bulk Editing Capability - You can now bulk edit Project/BD stages, probabilities, and projected start dates directly from Project workbenches and queries.

- Floating Save Button for Activity Logs - The new floating save button will follow you as you work in Activity Logs, ensuring you can save changes instantly from anywhere in your workflow.
Contact Module
- Email Validation - New email validation powered by Mix Rank data will automatically verify contact email addresses.
- AI-Assisted Contact Merging - AI-assisted merging capabilities and enhanced duplicate detection. The system will intelligently suggest merge options and help you consolidate records.
- Streamlined Contact Enrichment - Refine the contact enrichment process to prevent duplicate company creation.
- Enhanced Professional Experience View - View contact experience descriptions directly in the interface without opening edit windows, making it faster to review candidate backgrounds during your workflow.
- Phone Number Formatting - phone number formatting in the Communication table now works seamlessly
- Fix alignment issues – correct alignment of Action column on the Details tab of Contact records
Company Module
- "Associated Companies" - information is now visible directly in the "Add Company" dialog, for improved context as you create new records.
Project Module
- BD Record Functionality – restored the option to add contacts to Candidate Pipelines on BD Records.
- Properly Display Stage Descriptions – Activity Logs on Projects and BDs will now properly display stage descriptions, giving you better insight into project progression.
- Rejected Candidates Enhancement – Added ability to add rejected candidates back to Pipeline directly from the Product One Search Grid
- Adding Candidates to BD record - correct default stage selection when adding candidates to BD Records via Pipeline
