We've implemented several IGNYTE enhancements based on your feedback. These updates highlighted below represent the most significant improvements that will directly impact your daily workflows:

Ignyte Bug Fixes and Improvements

COMPANY MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• New Company Alias Feature: Added the ability to track alternative company names (aliases) to improve duplicate detection and search functionality. Users can add aliases when creating new companies or through the Associated Companies tab. Company alias information is now available in all grids where company names are displayed, including Companies grid, Candidate pipeline, Contacts, Workbenches, and Queries.

CONTACT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Fixed an issue where Professional Experience fields would not immediately display in the Contact/Candidate ribbon when adding candidates from Projects or Business Development records.

PROJECT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Candidate Contact Alert System — Candidates are now automatically color-coded in the pipeline based on time since last engagement: blue for 5-10 days, yellow/amber for 10-15 days, and red for 15+ days without contact. Visual indicators appear on both the candidate name and Last Engagement Date fields to help prioritize follow-ups and prevent candidate neglect.
• Added validation to prevent duplicate competencies in Roadmap module. Users now receive alerts when attempting to create already-existing competencies, improving data consistency and clarity.

WORKBENCH & QUERY ENHANCEMENTS

• Enhancement of workbenches and queries to include a new advanced mode with added functionality.

Other Ignyte Bug Fixes and Improvements:

PROJECT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• We've added the Athena Results comparison view from Galaxy to Ignyte, enabling recruiters to visualize and compare candidates' Decision Frameworks with each other and with clients, revealing better insights into alignment.
• Position Profile Version Management Enhancement: Users can now manage Position Profile versions directly from Project/BD records with version selection dropdown. Previous versions are view-only with a restore option allowing users to revert to earlier versions after confirmation.

CONTACT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Email Validation Date Format Update: We're updating the date format in MixRank email validation from "DD Month, YYYY" to "Month DD, YYYY" for improved readability and consistency.

WORKBENCH & QUERY ENHANCEMENTS

• Fixed workbench display issues: corrected reversed practice fields and replaced backend values with user-friendly labels.
• Added Location filter to Candidate Workbench with Exact Address, Radius functionality, and geolocation support.
• Fixed incorrect VC/PE data display in Project workbenches and queries for companies without such information.
• Fixed location data display in Projects and BD records - now appears in workbenches without manual resaving.
• Fixed multiple filtering issues in Contact and Candidate Grids: Board member status, operator types, and Compensations/Compliance/Company Name filters.
