Ignyte Bug Fixes and Improvements

PLATFORM WIDE IMPROVEMENTS

• Fixed issue where merged company and contact records were still appearing in search results. Search bars now only display active records, improving data accuracy and user experience.
• Role-Based Field Visibility and Stage Locking: Origination, Selling, Execution, and Total Credit fields are now hidden from non-Finance/non-Billing Desk users when projects are not in Draft or Business Development stages. Finance and Billing Desk users retain full visibility and editing capabilities at all stages. Team member management is also restricted based on role and stage to protect financial data integrity.

CLIENT PORTAL ENHANCEMENTS

• Client Portal Stage Group Visibility: Added toggles in Client Portal Setup allowing you to control which stage groups are visible to clients for both Projects and BDs.
• Company Information Modal in Client Portal: Added modal pop-up displaying company details when clicking company names in Contact Job History and Client Portal Candidate views. Modal shows company name, logo, industries, location, status, capital structure, ticker symbol, employee range, revenue range, and comments for quick reference without navigation.

COMPANY MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• New Company Alias Feature: Added the ability to track alternative company names (aliases) to improve duplicate detection and search functionality. Users can add aliases when creating new companies or through the Associated Companies tab. Company alias information is now available in all grids where company names are displayed, including Companies grid, Candidate pipeline, Contacts, Workbenches, and Queries.

CONTACT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Compensation Tab UI/UX Modernization: Updates the Contact Compensation tab with an improved user interface, fixed formatting issues, and a new Compensation Summary tab for easier data management.

PROJECT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Fixed display of Flat Fee projects in workbenches and queries. The system now automatically resets Fee Percentage to zero when projects are switched to flat fee, eliminating reporting errors.
• Candidate Filter on Projects Activity Log: Added a new contact-based filter to the Project Activity Log, enabling users to quickly view all activities related to a specific candidate across the entire project timeline.
• Fixed UI visibility issues where Activity Log filters and slideout elements remained visible when opening other slideouts or pop-ups in Project/BD records, creating a cleaner interface.
• BD Documents in Projects: Projects created from BDs now include a dedicated "BD Documents" section in the Documents tab, providing easy reference access to original BD materials. Documents are displayed in card view with download-only capability, and all document filters apply to both sections.
• BD Status Display Fix: Resolved issue where BD status was not displaying correctly across multiple areas including the Engagement tab (Company), Projects & Activities tab (Contacts), and Open Search results. The system now maintains a single source of truth from the BD stage setup table, ensuring status updates reflect consistently across all views in real-time or upon page refresh.
• Next Steps History in Candidate Pipeline: Enhanced the Next Steps modal with a two-panel layout that displays historical next steps alongside the input area. Recruiters can now view all previous next steps (with user, timestamp, and text) in chronological order on the right panel while adding new next steps on the left, maintaining full context without leaving the modal. The candidate pipeline grid continues to display only the most recent next steps.
• Candidate Pipeline Comments History: Enhanced the Comments modal with a two-panel layout that allows recruiters to view complete comment history while adding new comments. The right panel displays all previous comments in chronological order with full metadata, while the left panel maintains existing comment input functionality. • Days Open Calculation Fix: Resolved an issue where the "Days Open" field was displaying incorrect values for projects. The field now accurately calculates the number of calendar days between the project's start and end dates, and updates automatically when dates are changed.
• Candidate Pipeline Tooltip Fix: Resolved an issue where hovering over the engagement date ribbon caused both the engagement tooltip and candidate name tooltip to appear simultaneously. Tooltips are now decoupled so that hovering on the candidate name shows only the name tooltip, and hovering on the engagement ribbon shows only the engagement tooltip. Additionally, addressed the white vertical color strip beside the ribbon for improved visual consistency.
• Milestones View on Candidate Pipeline Grid: Added a milestone icon to the candidate pipeline grid Action Column that allows user to view a candidate's complete milestone history in a modal popup. The modal displays the milestone timeline in the same format as the Client Portal, with chronological ordering (most recent first), color-coded date badges for past/current/future dates, and View More/View Less functionality. Users can now quickly review candidate progress and activity without leaving the pipeline view.

WORKBENCH & QUERY ENHANCEMENTS

• Workbench Project Stage Filter Enhancement: The project stage filter dropdown now displays both project stages and BD stages in a grouped list, allowing users to filter by all stage types for items displayed in the Workbench grid.
• Workbench Improvements: Fixed multiple issues across Contact Workbenches including tag filtering logic (now returns all contacts matching any selected tag), renamed "Last Outreach" fields to "Last Engagement" throughout the interface, resolved display issues with engagement data, added bulk action options to Advanced mode, and corrected the Tags filter to accept free text input.
