Ignyte Bug Fixes and Improvements

PLATFORM WIDE IMPROVEMENTS

• Added dictation support to free-text prompt fields, allowing users to speak their instructions instead of typing. A mic icon enables real-time speech-to-text conversion, with converted text editable before submission via Enter key.
• Added decision framework type indicators to Athena score grids on the candidate slideout and on the candidate profile on the Client Portal, allowing users to quickly identify candidate classifications without opening full results.
• Fixed an issue where assignee names were not displayed in Company Activity Log details after saving activities
• Fixed an issue where clicking the refresh button on the Documents tab would display a "Project Id is missing" error after editing activities in the Activity Log tab
• Improved Contact Search: Search now works with or without accented characters, making contact lookup easier for all users.

CLIENT PORTAL ENHANCEMENTS

• Fixed an issue where the side scroll bar was not working correctly on the Candidate tab in the Client Portal.

CONTACT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Fixed an issue where professional experience and education data displayed with incorrect casing in the contact enrichment preview window. The enrichment screen now properly formats company names, job titles, and education information to match how they will appear on the contact record once saved.
• Fixed an issue where the Reference Name dropdown pop-up was displaying in an incorrect position when adding new references in the Candidate slideout.
• Improved Contact Search: Search now works with or without accented characters, making contact lookup easier for all users

PROJECT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Redesigned the Experience Tab with a modern interface that includes improved experience creation, drag-and-drop reordering for experiences and elements, dynamic numbering, and updated validations.
• Ignyte Advanced: Rich Text with Dictation & Summarization — Description and Interview Questions fields in Ignyte Advanced now support rich text editing with AI-powered Summarize and Dictation capabilities, making it easier to create and standardize label content for Experience and Competencies.
• Improved readability of the Candidate Rationale field by implementing automatic text wrapping with a maximum column width, eliminating the need for horizontal scrolling when viewing long content
