IGNYTE PLATFORM IMPROVEMENTS & BUG FIXES

PLATFORM WIDE IMPROVEMENTS

• Fixed an issue where the active state icon in the main left side navigation was not respecting tenant theme colors and was defaulting to an incorrect color.
• Fixed grid sorting issue: Resolved a bug where sorting in the Contacts and Companies grids was not properly ordering entries by both first and last names. The grid now correctly sorts all parts of multi-word fields.
• Fixed Safari browser performance issues — Resolved slow page loads and rendering problems in Safari. Pages now load reliably and perform consistently across all supported browsers.

CONTACT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Enhanced Contact Data Quality: Contact enrichment, resume parsing, and LinkedIn scraping now intelligently capitalize acronyms, and properly case prepositions—ensuring professional, accurate contact records without manual cleanup.

COMPANY MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Associate Companies from Potential Similar Companies: Added a new "Associate Companies" action option in the Potential Similar Companies section, allowing users to directly associate a company with the current one. When selected, the Associated Company section opens with the related company pre-filled, and the company is automatically removed from the Potential Similar Companies grid.

PROJECT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

• Project Competencies UI Improvements — Replaced the misleading cross icon with a bin icon for deleting competency rows and added a cancel button when editing questions to allow users to discard unsaved changes.
• Rejection reasons are now automatically removed when candidates are moved to statuses that don't require them, making it easier to reconsider candidates and correct mistakes.
• Fixed rendering issue in Ignyte Intelligence - Resolved bug where analysis type sections failed to display correctly when uploading transcripts via the Candidate Slide-out.
• Fixed an issue where comments entered during a stage change were not being saved to the Activity Log, ensuring all candidate interactions are properly tracked and visible.
• Fixed error handling in Fit Score tabs that was causing "Cannot read properties of null" messages when saving data or managing recruiter comments.
• Fixed an issue where Candidate Source and Contact Source columns displayed backend values instead of user-friendly labels after refreshing the Candidate Pipeline view.
