PLATFORM WIDE IMPROVEMENTS
- Reorganized Setup module navigation into five categories (Integrations & Connectivity, Data Management & Workflows, Templates, Batch Processing, Access & Security).
- Fixed a bug where unsaved Activity Log notes could be lost when switching candidate tabs by preserving drafts and prompting a warning before discarding.
- Updated the Company Details popup header to inherit the active tenant theme colors for consistent branding.
- Fixed an issue where headers in the rich text boxes were not displaying consistently throughout the platform.
- The Edit action in Recent Activity is now more reliable after saving changes.
- Tables now auto-size columns by default and remember each user’s column width adjustments per table.
- Added bulk activity logging to Contacts module, Contacts workbench, and Query tool, allowing users to efficiently log activities for multiple contacts at once
CONTACT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS
- Fixed an issue where the Record Type field would allow users to select the same value multiple times causing duplicates.
- Added Education Classification to contact education entries, including auto-classification, new pipeline fields for highest education, and bulk backfill for existing data.
- The Eye icon on the Contact Personality tab now opens Professional Notes more consistently.
- Activity Description heading formatting is now more stable in the Activity preview card on the Personality tab.
- Creating a new activity from the Personality tab no longer pre-fills with the previous activity’s comment text.
- Consolidated Bulk Actions options into the Action drawer for the Contacts module to improve consistency across the platform
COMPANY MODULE ENHANCEMENTS
- Duplicate company name validation now correctly detects matches regardless of letter casing.
- Company record grid column sizing and order preferences now reliably persists per user.
- Canceling edits in Company → Associated Company now properly discards changes.
PROJECT MODULE ENHANCEMENTS
- Fixed a regression where Candidate Drawer highlights could persist from a previously viewed candidate when navigating with left or right arrows.
- Fit Score comment popups now consistently show the correct field content, with smoother rendering after deletions.
- Long comments now scroll properly during the Candidate stage-change flow for easier review
REPORT ENHANCEMENTS
- Report Builder now renders clean line breaks in Professional Experience content.
- Report Builder deployment stability and performance have been improved, including Reference Report-related fixes.
- Arial is now the default font across all reports in the Report Builder deployment.
WORKBENCH/QUERY MODULE ENHANCEMENTS
- Workbench and Query Share pop-up display is now more consistent.
