FILTER WITHOUT LOSING THE PANEL
- Use the column-level dropdown filter (small arrow next to field name)
- These filters remain open and stable while selecting multiple items
- Use Reset Filter only when you’re finished
KEY INSIGHT
Column-level filters are more stable for multi-select filtering. The panel stays open so you can check multiple options without it closing.
ENABLE BULK ACTIVITY LOGGING
- Go to Settings → Activity Type Setup
- Choose the activity (Email, Phone, etc.)
- Scroll down and toggle Enable Bulk Action ON
- Save
LOG A BULK EMAIL
- Select multiple candidates (checkboxes)
- Go to the Actions menu
- Click Log Activity by Bulk → Choose Email
- Review messages and send
